QSC 24/7 provides after-hours emergency assistance with Q-SYS systems. An emergency is defined as a customer who needs to restore a Q-SYS system to working condition after business hours.
The caller must include a contact name, company name, callback telephone number, and a description of the Q-SYS emergency. QSC 24/7 support guarantees a callback within 30 minutes after a message is left. If the call is not of an emergency nature, QSC reserves the right to return the call during normal business hours.
QSC business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays).
