Q-SYS Network Support Policy

Remote Support Portal
Q-SYS Support uses TeamViewer for a simple and secure remote support application. A high-speed internet connection is required.
- Click here to download the Remote Support standalone executable to your computer.
- Double-click the executable to run the TeamViewer app. (No installation is required.)
- Call us, and then provide the Support person the unique ID number.
QSC, LLC ("QSC") provides after business hours emergency assistance for the Q-SYS Designer Software and associated network-based ecosystem ("Q-SYS System") in accordance with the Q-SYS 24/7 Emergency Support Policy ("Emergency Support") within the overall Q-SYS Support Policy. The goal of Emergency Support is to offer assistance when a Q-SYS System is experiencing a technical problem with the aim to restore the Q-SYS System to working condition, if possible. Q-SYS cannot guarantee that the Q-SYS system can be restored.
The caller must be Q-SYS Level 1 certified and have a Q-SYS account. The caller must also include a contact name, company name, callback telephone number, and a description of the Q-SYS emergency. Q-SYS 24/7 support guarantees a callback within 30 minutes after a message is left. If the call is not of an emergency nature, Q-SYS reserves the right to return the call during normal business hours.
